Policy on Refunds

Our pledge: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the beef you ordered from us, we will buy it back from you.  

What about deposits?

This is a limited quantity program, with first deposits receiving priority in the queue. Once we receive your deposit, we make all of the needed arrangements to get your beef finished to perfection and off to the processor.  If, for some reason, you change your mind - we will refund your deposit within a 30 day window, no questions asked.  After 30 days, your deposit will be deducted from your balance at the time of your order fulfillment.  Should you choose not to fulfill your order, please consider your deposit a contribution to future non-profit youth program. 

Can I cancel my CSA Subscription?

Yuppers!  We just ask that you contact us at least 1 month in advance so we have time to pre-sell your share to someone else.  :)
