This is the perfect option for those who don't have a lot of freezer space, but value knowing where their food is coming from and knowing it was raised in a happy, healthy setting.  

This bundle includes 6 lbs.- 7lbs. of beef per month (weight will vary slightly from month to month, but will never drop below 6lbs.).

Each month, you will receive:

  • 2lbs. ground beef
  • 2-3 lbs. assorted roast
  • 2-3 lbs. assorted steaks

We will have your beef cut, wrapped, and frozen by federally inspected processors ready for you to pick up  from the farm on the fourth Friday & Saturday of every month.

Pick-up will take place during our monthly " Bundle" pick-up on the 4th Friday & Saturday of every month at the farm, 595 Forge Rd. Boiling Springs.  Bundles will be in freezers.  Signage will direct you when you pull in the driveway, so you know where to go.  You will get your bundle directly out of the freezer and be on your way.  Quick and easy!  We send reminder emails leading up to the pick-up days describing how the pick-up works and provide any special information pertaining to the month.
