- Navigate to the "quarter & half" product and choose from
- Standard
- Select
- Custom
- Burger
- Put your choice in your cart and check-out
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Corey will reach out to you with a text to confirm your order and let you know what month your order is schedule to leave the farm (the date the live animal leaves the farm for processing). The top header of our website usually has a statement of what month we are taking orders for.
- Approximately 30 days before the shipment from the farm date, you will receive a notice from Corey with the exact date of shipment. So you get a 30 heads up>
- The day after your order ships from the farm. Corey will email you an invoice for the balance of your order owed to Carwood Farm. This invoice will typically reflect the flat rate minus your deposit paid at the time of order. We ask that you pay the invoice upon receiving it.
- If you choose the "custom" option at check out, this is the point in which you will need to contact the processor to place your customer processing order. Corey will remind you and give you the contact information for the processor being used for your shipment. If you chose "standard" or "select" you can skip this step.
- Processing takes approximately 3-4 weeks to be completed. Corey will contact you when your order is ready for you to pick-up.
- Go to the processor, pay the processor and take home your beef order
